Alumni will also have the opportunity to exchange knowledge with participants of other programs and to learn from each other.

Call for Abstracts

We are pleased to confirm an opportunity to present tools that have been developed or are in development to support need-led innovation education. We invite people to submit an abstract to either deliver a presentation, lighting presentations with a poster, demonstration of tool or to run a workshop session.

The BME-IDEA meetings started in 2003 at the University of Stanford to:

  • Review the experiences of different university programs involved in innovation, design, technology transfer and entrepreneurship in biomedical engineering education
  • Discuss objectives, challenges, and opportunities for further development of these programs – including industry and academic perspectives
  • Explore the potential for sharing resources and creating community-wide tools (e.g., web portal, national design contest, etc.)

This event is made possible thanks to the support from EIT Health and EIT Health Alumni.
